A Steakhouse by Barbarie's

So, here’s a little backstory: Chuck Rolles kicked things off with his very first steakhouse in sunny Honolulu back in 1959. It didn’t take long for Chuck’s Steak House to spread its wings and become the first in the mainland U.S. to offer this cool combo of a grill and salad bar right in the dining room! Fast forward to May 1973 when Hank Zaccara, who’s was one of the co-owners and the General Manager, opened the doors to Chuck's Steak House in Danbury. His secret sauce for success was pretty straightforward: serve up awesome steaks at fair prices, pour a good drink, and treat folks like family. Now, almost 50 years later and keeping the vibe, the Barbarie family now owns it and they’re still all about those down-to-earth values, and it makes them so happy to keep that classic American steakhouse alive for the community.  They're super excited to bring some fresh energy to this beloved neighborhood gem!
